Complaints related to Upay CJSC services are being handled in accordance with Regulation 8/03, "On information publication of information by Banks, Credit Organizations, Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, Investment Companies, Central Depository and Payment and Settlement Organizations Implementing Money Remittances," approved by the decision of the Board of the CBA  No. 166-n (June 2, 2009), and No. 225-n (July 28, 2009) (appendix 2).

Applications can be submitted both electronically and in paper form via either the postal or electronic addresses available in the  Contact Us section, or in the branches of Upay CJSC.
